In no event shall Player Hub's total liability exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Consequential Damages Exclusion

Under no circumstances shall Player Hub be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever, including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

12. Force Majeure Provisions

Player Hub shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. During such events, our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.
